I? LOVE LOVE LOVE this video - i had heard ad nauseum from my friends about yoga and tried it several times only to give up. These poses were easy, yet have sustained me for months as I do them every single morning of my life. I ordered two videos from you, because I really liked your approach. Thanks for posting this for all of us who have become discouraged by our earlier attempts.

The information is really good, but this video is far too choppy to follow as a session. ? It stops, starts, and sometimes just cuts off in the middle of a sentence. I understand the need for editing, but the way this has been edited just doesn't flow well at all. I would love to see the same sequence show in a studio uninterrupted.
