Thanks for this excellent video Esther! I have set myself the new year's resolution of doing scorpion pose by the end of next year and this has been the perfect preparation sequence, challenging but not impossible, I'm already noticing that it gets easier! You are such a wonderful teacher?

One more question! Whenever I try to lift one of my legs in downward facing dog, they don't go very high. Not as high as your legs go. I assume that this a matter of strength. Will my legs get stronger the more I try lifting one of them in down dog? And as? they get stronger will my legs go higher?

This is really difficult for me to do. My entire body was shaking.lol Is there anyway that I can simplify this pose until I'm strong enough to do it? Or should I avoid this one for a while and then come back to it once my legs and? arms are stronger?
