Just move? towards the pose, and work where your body stops you. This is my body after 15 years of yoga. Yours will look different, but if you're working, and in alignment, it's perfectly fine to be doing less of the movement for now. You'll chip away at these poses, and get there soon! xoSadie

hi sadie, im a beggine to yoga, and i attempted this video with some difficulty. im not very flexible as a result im finding someof the position extremely difficult to do. for example my arms cannot reach over my head from behind. if i am perisant would my? flexibility improve or shall i look for an easier video to start with.

Thank you so much.? You have absolutely exquisite flexibility and I certainly hope I can tone my body like that doing Yoga workouts. I have a hard time holding balance perfectly as you do, but is there anything else I could alongside daily practices to balance myself better (Especially doing moves around 4:40 ) so that the routines are flawless and smooth?
