Ussualy more than 10 mins.. or more depends on how the ASANA is. This way we come up to inverted by bending one leg to 90 degrees, resting the foot on the wall. The other leg is? straightened up. This prevents "Banana" as the model is doing at 12 minutes, and instead allows a straight line to be formed through shoulders, pelvis and top leg.

Sorry for the disappointment, It is traditional to use ghee and honey but they are not essential for doing the cleanse. They are the only non-vegan items on the ingredient list so you? should be all set after this. Good luck!

Would it work for? me then, if I don't use the honey and the ghee? That's as far down as I got on the shopping list. There might be more animal products, but then I got disappointed. I'd appreciate it if someone could reply!
